M Mendeteksi Kerusakan Beban Motor Listrik AC Tiga Fasa Berbasis Programmable Logic Controller (PLC)

Abstract
Motor listrik merupakan beban listrik untuk merubah dari tenaga listrik menjadi tenaga mekanik. Motor listrik digunakan untuk kompresor, pemintalan benang, konveyor, lift, escalator, AC, blower, pemotong, pompa. Sebelum motor listrik dipasang, perlu perencanaan instalasi listrik lengkap dengan kendalinya. Kendali motor listrik 3 fasa ada dua jenis yaitu kendali secara konvensional dan kendali secara elektronik yang dilengkapi dengan program. Kendali elektronika dengan progam dikenal dengan PLC. Saklar di PLC terdiri atas saklar NO ( Normally open) dan saklar NC ( Normally Close). Fungsi saklar NO untuk penghubung sedangkan saklar NC untuk pemisah. PLC memerlukan gambar instalasi untuk menghubunkan sumber listrik ke beban motor. Gambar instalasi tersebut dikenal dengan ladder. Pada waktu beban beroperasi dapat di layar computer. Jika beban beroperasi dengan baik, ada tanda biru di wiring instalasi motor dan sebaliknya jika mesin tidak beroperasi, di wiring instalasi tidak ada warna.
