PENGUKURAN JARINGAN LTE XL AXIATA DI FREKUENSI 1800MHZ UNTUK KEGIATAN KAA 2015

Abstract

SIP dalam 4G nomor telepon PSTN hanyalah sebagian kecil dari identifikasi telepon. Bagian
besarnya akan dilakukan menggunakan URL. Kita tidak lagi perlu bergantung pada nomor telepon yang
dikendalikan oleh pemerintah untuk berkomunikasi via internet telepon.Infrastruktur internet telephony
memungkinkan kita untuk menyelenggarakan sendiri banyak hal tanpa tergantung lisensi pemerintah dan tidak
melanggar hokum. Teknologi 4G juga akan menyebabkan kemunduran bagi teknologi Internet Network (IN)
yang saat ini merupakan infrastruktur telekomunikasi yang digunakan berbagai provider. Hal tersebut
disebabkan terbukanya jalur arus bawah yang dapat didownload dan diakses gratis dari internet. Teknologi
tersebut banyak di perdebatkan oleh operator, pemerintah dan DPR belakangan ini. Tidak lama lagi internet
telephony akan menjadi tulang punggung utama infrastruktur telekomunikasi. Teknologi internet telephony
memungkinkan pembangun infrastruktur telekomunikasi rakyat secara swadaya masyarakat (tanpa bank dunia
IMF maupun ADB) bahkan mungkin tanpa kontrol pemerintah sama sekali. Pada penelitian ini akan dibahas
tentang pengukuran kualitas jaringan Long Term Evolutionyang di implementasikan oleh PT XL AXIATA
untuk memberikan pelayanan maksimal kepada pelanggannya. Pengujian dilakukan sifat privat pada Firefox
atau Incognito pada Chrome. Pengujian juga dapat dilakukan dengan mematikan addons atau plugin blokir iklan
seperti AdBlock pada browser. Pada pengukuran kualitas menggunakan site yang sudah existing, didapatkan
hasil yang berbeda

technology allows builders of telecom infrastructure by non-governmental people (with the IMF nor the World
Bank,ADB) even possible without government control at all. At the research will be discussed on network
quality measurement Long Term Implemented by PT XL AXIATA to provider maximum service to its customers.
Tests carried out on the private nature of Incognito in Firefox or Chrome. Testing can also be done by turning
off the addons or ad blocking plugins like AdBlock in a browser. On the quality measurement using the already
existing site, obtained different results.
