PERENCANAAN JARINGAN BROADBAND 3G TELKOMSEL DI KOTA MANADO SULAWESI UTARA

Abstract

ABSTRAK
Dengan pesatnya pertumbuhan penduduk di Indonesia dan peningkatan kebutuhan akan layanan internet dan
aplikasi multimedia lainnya, membuat jasa layanan telekomunikasi bersaing untuk untuk memberikan
pelayanan yang terbaik kepada para pelanggannya. PT. Telkomsel sebagai penyedia jasa layanan jaringan akses
komunikasi bergerak terbesar di Indonesia dituntut untuk memberikan jasa dan kinerja pelayanan yang terbaik
kepada para pelanggannya khususnya pada kota Manado, Sulawesi Utara. Kota Menado merupakan salah satu
wilayah dengan kapasitas penduduk yang padat, sehingga untuk memberikan layanan yang efektif dan terbaik
pada area tersebut. PT. Telkomsel bekerjasama dengan PT. Telekomunikasi Indonesia, Tbk. membangun
jaringan insfratuktur 3G yang mampu memberikan pelayanan terbaik sesuai kebutuhan pelanggan pada area
tersebut.
Pada penelitian ini akan dibahas tentang analisa proses saluran transmisi dikhususkan Inside Plant kota Manado,
Sulawesi Utara yang diimplementasikan oleh PT Telkomsel Tbk. untuk memberikan pelayanan maksimal
kepada pelanggannya.

ABSTRACT
With the rapid population growth in Indonesia and increased demand for internet services and other
multimedia applications, create competitive telecommunications services to provide the best service to its
customers. PT. Telkomsel as a service provider of mobile communication access networks in Indonesia are
required to provide services and the performance of the best service to its customers, especially in the city of
Manado, North Sulawesi. Manado city is one of the areas with dense population capacity, so as to provide
effective services and the best in the area. PT. Telkomsel in cooperation with PT. Telecommunications
Indonesia, Tbk. insfratuktur build 3G networks capable of providing the best services according to the needs of
customers in these areas.
At the end of this project will be discussed on the analysis of transmission line devoted Inside Plant the city of
Manado, North Sulawesi implemented by PT Telkomsel Tbk . to provide maximum service to its customers . In
addition, it will discuss how performance on the 3G network .
