ANALISIS DAN PERANCANGAN APLIKASI TATA KELOLA RUMAH SAKIT BERBASIS WEB (STUDI KASUS : RSJ. HB SAANIN PADANG)

Abstract

ABSTRACK
Hospital as a public service institution requires the existence of an information system is accurateand realible, and sufficient to improve to the patients as well as other related environmental. With such a broad scope of services, of course a lot of complex issues that occur in the process of care in hospitals. The number of variables in the hospital helped determine the speed of information flow required by the user and the hospital environment. Governance is a term associated with the mechanism directing, controlling, both the organization/institutin or a function, to fit with the objectives and expectations of the interested parties. Governance process is done by making hospital governance application based on the SOP (Standart Operational Procedure) that is in the hospital, as well as web-based.

ABSTRAK
Rumah sakit sebagai salah satu institusi pelayanan umum membutuhkan keberadaan suatu sistem informasi yang akurat dan andal, serta cukup memadai untuk meningkatkan pelayanannya kepada para pasien serta lingkungan yang terkait lainnya. Dengan lingkup pelayanan yang begitu luas, tentunya banyak sekali permasalahan kompleks yang terjadi dalam proses pelayanan di rumah sakit. Banyaknya variabel di rumah sakit turut menentukan kecepatan arus informasi yang dibutuhkan oleh pengguna dan lingkungan rumah sakit.Tata kelola merupakan istilah yang terkait dengan mekanisme mengarahkan, mengendalikan, baik satu organisasi/lembaga ataupun suatu fungsi, agar sesuai dengan tujuannya dan harapan bagi pihak yang berkepentingan.Proses Tata Kelola ini dilakukan dengan membuat aplikasi tata kelola rumah sakit dengan berpedoman pada SOP (Standar Operational Prosedure) yang ada di rumah sakit tersebut, dan juga berbasis web.
